And I am not ashamed. I know myself well enough to know that he could probably charm me into anything, and I find him amusing.
In other television-related news that you may find unpleasant about me: I'm tired of Lost [I suspect it's going to devolve into an X-Filesean morass of suck sooner rather than later], and I'm not going to watch it anymore because I can't go through that again; and I'm also tired of The OC because, stuck in the mall? No.

Long live Boston Rob!

Boston Rob totally kicks ass. He is my reality TV boyfriend -- well, him and Evil Dr. Will.

I am also not ashamed to love the Boston Rob. And now I'm seriously considering not watching the O.C. on my TiVo. I just have no patience for it anymore. Maybe I'll rent Season 1 instead and relive an actual good show. Then I'll watch the season finale of season 1 and weep and weep. Then maybe I should look for a life.

I hated Boston Rob on "Survivor," but now I'm rooting for him on "The Amazing Race." I don't have an explanation for that.
And I, too, fear the mystery aspect in "Lost" might not have a payoff, ala the conspiracy theories in "X-Files." (I'm hoping J.J.Abrams has learned from Chris Carter's mistakes, but that whole Rambaldi thread doesn't give me a lot of hope.) That said, I can't tear myself away from "Lost," so I'll be sticking with it for now.
But so help me God, if Locke opens up that mysterious underground vault and it reveals the Brady house, I'm flying out to L.A. to kick J.J.'s ass.

...loving Lost but fearing its future shark jumping ala Twin Peaks. All I can do is put my faith in David Fury.

I too love Boston Rob. There is something refreshing about him, it seems like he might actually be having FUN playing the Amazing Race. That accent could talk me into anything. Amber is ok too, but he is the real draw for me.
As for The OC, I borrowed the S1 DVDs but haven't watched them yet. I have been watching this season, but that last episode really turned me off the whole show. I question whether I should bother watching S1 or not.
